These Messaging Terms govern participation in the SOCIETY Messaging Program. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from SOCIETY at the mobile number you provide and agree to these terms.

Messages include product launches, promotions, offers, brand updates, cart reminders, early access opportunities, order and service updates, and other SOCIETY-related messages, according to the scope of your consent. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, joining our email list, or becoming a Founding Member. SMS enrollment is optional and separate from email enrollment. Entering a mobile number alone does not enroll you; you must affirmatively select the SMS consent checkbox and submit the form, or complete another clearly disclosed SMS opt-in process.

By enrolling, you certify that you are the account holder for the mobile number or have the account holder’s permission to enroll that number. Do not enroll someone else’s number without authorization. SOCIETY does not charge an enrollment fee; your carrier’s charges still apply.

Reply STOP to a SOCIETY text to unsubscribe. After STOP, one final non-marketing confirmation message may be sent, and no further program messages will be sent unless you provide new consent. We also honor other clear, reasonable revocation requests as required by law, including requests sent to hello@drnksociety.com. Requests are processed promptly within applicable legal deadlines.

Opting out of SMS does not automatically unsubscribe you from email, and unsubscribing from email does not automatically opt you out of SMS. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to manage email consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect a purchase or your ability to contact customer support.

You must notify SOCIETY if your mobile number changes, is deactivated, or is reassigned. Opt out before giving up your number and contact us to update your information. A new number requires a new SMS opt-in; consent does not automatically transfer to its new holder.

Message delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan or message and data charges.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and SMS consent. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent status are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes, or for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share this information only with service providers involved in delivering our messaging program, including messaging platforms such as Klaviyo, telecommunications carriers, and text-delivery vendors.

SOCIETY may modify, suspend, or terminate the messaging program and update these terms. Updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date. We provide notice and obtain renewed consent when required by law. Changes do not override an opt-out or expand the scope of your consent without the consent required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes may be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Florida, subject to mandatory consumer protections and venue requirements.
